Nathalie Beelprez (40) is a left-handed calligrapher and recently moved to Bruges, the famous city where art and calligraphy meet. She opened her store and studio a five years ago, where she creates and sells personal and handwritten work.

Nathalie's Letters is closed because of fire- and waterdamage. It is not yet possible to give more detailed information. In the meantime, and with the end of the year in front, part of my collection is shown in my future studio -still being under construction- in Bruges at Katelijnestraat 139. This is open to the public until January 15th. You can see some work in the windows and you can purchase handwritten work inside or order a personal work. . Most of the time, also in the evenings, I'm available but it is better to call before your visit.

She began calligraphy after she had some tumultuous and catastrophic years, and discovered how the meaning of letters and words helped her to deal with all of it and found a new way of living, learning and creating her new path. Being passionate about things that already lived their life, she tries to reflect that ‘gone-by-glory’ in her work, giving it his own story and his own life to live.

In her store and studio "Nathalie's Letters" you will find a togetherness of letters, quotes, personal thoughts and calligraphy and warm colors on old and new decoration. You can also ask her to write your poem or quote on canvas or paper or on your living room-wall , in your restaurant or business . Isn’t it a great and personal gift to let her write a text for a married couple with their names and date?
